Full description of the position

ROLE DESCRIPTION: State Farm is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Agent Team Member. As an Agent Team Member you'll provide service & sales support to existing customers and prospects. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish customer relationships with appropriate follow up * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service * Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, payments & billing clarification. QUALIFICATIONS: * Must possess a current Ohio property & casualty license * Dedicated to customer service & accuracy * Sales experience (not required but a plus) BENEFITS: * Flexible schedule for part-time employment * Bi-Monthly Pay * Paid holidays & paid vacation for full-time employment
