As a trusted name in the insurance industry, we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our locally-owned agency. We are the #1 Agency in Colorado and the 2023 Agency of the Year. This position is W2 with base and commission. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide clients with information on policies, premiums, and coverage options, ensuring they make informed decisions. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. Follow up with leads and prospective clients to close sales and meet established goals. Manage customer service needs, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and market conditions to best serve clients. Maintain and update accurate client records in the system. Requirements Prior sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to learn new products and services quickly. Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (if not already licensed). High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
