Responsibilities

:

• Optimize Inventory & Pricing: Manage spare parts inventory, set pricing structures, and ensure efficiency.
• Drive Business Growth: Develop annual plans with ROI analysis, identify new revenue streams, and expand service offerings.
• Strategize & Collaborate: Work closely with Sales to develop marketing, e-commerce, and service strategies.
• Enhance Customer Support: Deliver out-of-warranty services, launch new product bundles, and ensure top-tier service performance.
• Lead & Innovate: Identify new service lines, create subscription-based agreements, and design on-site service offerings for key clients.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Monitor aftermarket business performance, resolve delivery issues, and prepare key reports for leadership. Represent the Brand: Attend trade shows, build relationships, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of experience growing an aftermarket business for industrial or commercial products.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and business data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to perform inventory and cycle count tasks as needed.
