Job Title: Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative Salary Range: $20.00 hr.- $25.00 hr. Position Reports To: Senior Management Department: Sales & Marketing FLSA: Non-Exempt Hourly General Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong commitment to learning our products and processes, as well as delivering top-tier service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, hardworking, and grounded in strong ethics and professionalism. Major Functions:

• Develop a thorough understanding of our product line and internal systems to effectively support customers and the sales team.
• Transition into a full Inside Sales / Customer Service role, becoming familiar with our customers, pricing strategies, and commitment to high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support specific customer accounts, assist with special projects, and contribute to telemarketing efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction with a high level of responsiveness and care.
• Perform accurate data entry and order processing using our MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) system, maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Carry out additional administrative or sales support duties as assigned. Education: Minimum H.S. diploma, ideal 1-2 years of community college, technical school, 4 year university or military service. Experience: Unspecified. Able to show focus on work during school. Sales experience not necessary however customer service experience highly desirable. Need to be self reliant and self motivating. Skills & Abilities: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.

Contact with others: Provides routine information to and solicits situation specific information company wide from employees, managers and external relationships and general inquiries. Frequently handles calls from/contacts with confused and upset people so patience and tact is required. Maintains and extremely high level of confidentiality. Supervision Received: Works under direct supervision of Senior Management.

Working Conditions

: Varied work environment includes office and warehouse. Good working conditions requiring normal safety precautions. Frequent use of personal computer. May be required to lift 10-50 pounds. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
