Key Responsibilities

• Identify Leads: Generate new business by identifying potential customers through phone calls, direct mail, trade shows, and online platforms.
• Make Outbound Calls: Contact prospective customers to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team.
• Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries about products and services, providing helpful and accurate information.
• Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring an efficient flow of customer interactions.
• Follow Up with Customers: Schedule follow-up calls with customers to ensure appointments are made and maintain ongoing communication.
• Maintain Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
• Update Customer Information: Keep customer records up to date in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
