Responsibilities

• Support our clients by conducting showings, drafting offers, and helping navigate every step of the buying journey.
• Gather and provide written feedback to refine and align each client's home search with their goals.
• Draft and negotiate offers with precision, representing our clients' best interests at every turn.
• Manage property showings and assist with sales-related tasks onsite when needed.
• Stay organized and on track using our Brivity CRM system to manage client communications, tasks, and timelines.
• Dedicate time to growth , generating leads for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Sharpen your skills with weekly script practice and full participation in team activities and expectations.
• Invest in your future through weekly 1:1 coaching, PLACE training, Brivity training, and Partner Calls.
