Duties * Assist in supervising daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Business Owner to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities. * Train and recruit new team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth. * Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. *Open/close of both locations as needed * * Maintain inventory levels by inspecting inventory shipments, conducting stock audits Assist with inventory management, transport inventory from one store to another. * Uphold store standards by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies. *Ensuring adequate staff coverage during peak times Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or management is preferred. * Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. * Proficient in cash register operations and administrative tasks related to sales management. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with market analysis techniques and retail management practices is desirable. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making in a retail environment.
