Description: Salary and Benefits Competitive salary ($50K annually) with commission on every dollar sold for accounts owned. Responsibilities * Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text. * Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships. * Uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase new fabric collections. * Engage in strategic sales calls, even when the conversation gets tough. * Negotiate quotes, secure orders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. * Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers. * Master our ERP system (FACTS) and other software tools to streamline processes. * Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity. * Travel - Potential travel up to every other month Requirements: Skills and Qualifications * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets. * Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels. * Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills. * Open to growth, feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment. * Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
