Meltdown Glass Art & Design is a Tempe, AZ-based, specialty manufacturer of custom glass products for use in bespoke Architectural and Design applications. Our products can be found in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, airports, parks, and private residences around the world. As we celebrate 30 years in business as a key player in the Architectural and Design Industry, we are now seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us continue the success! As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator , you will play an integral role in the execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and build brand presence. This position requires an energetic and dynamic individual with the ability to support and help drive day-to-day sales activities while contributing to marketing campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Support: * Answer calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with order tracking and project follow-ups. * Assist with preparing and sending proposals, quotes, samples, and other client-facing materials. * Meet and provide presentations to clients at the manufacturing facility, client locations, or virtually. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (Act!). Marketing Support: * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategy. * Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. * Help with the production of marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and newsletters. * Assist with email campaigns and reporting on campaign success. * Manage content updates on social media platforms (Instagram and Pinterest). * Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for promotional materials. * Coordinate trade show and event participation, including logistics and promotional materials. Travel Requirements: * Frequent in-state travel for client meetings and presentations, trade shows, and other events, with some out-of-state travel possible (negotiable if not interested). Required Qualifications: * Energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to drive success through sales and marketing. * Experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or a related field. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Knowledge of architectural design, manufacturing, or construction industries. * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is a major plus. * Experience with Act!
