Job Responsibilities * Build relationships with all shippers and receivers for all level customers * Maintain and develop close relationships with customers through daily communication * Provide spot quoting and load management * Cross-team collaboration for assigned customers to grow wallet share * Solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently * Provide superior customer service * Other duties as assigned Work Experience and Background Requirements * Logistics experienced required (1 year at least) * Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required * Sales and negotiation skills * Strong decision-making ability and judgment * Positive and energetic team player * Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Benefits * Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 with commission plan * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401K * Paid vacation * On-site training This position is not offered remotely All state and federal COVID guidelines are being followed in office. hHvrM5sEX1
