Whats in it for you: * Growth opportunities to uplevel your career * A people-centric culture embracing and celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within our team * Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits focused on well-being * An opportunity to shape the future of health care by joining a team recognized as a Best Place to Work for and one of the Best Companies to Work For in New York Qualifications youll bring: * A Bachelors or advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in business, information-technology, engineering, or a related study * 3 years experience in healthcare payer business processes and strategic planning, preferably focused within Plan Operations & Core Admin functions * 5 years experience in business and technology strategy * Proven experience with Business Architecture tools and processes * Excellent communication and leadership kills * Ability to develop and present project proposals and design concepts * Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth * The availability to work hybrid with travel to our main offices * Humility to play as a team * Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction Your key responsibilities: * Assist with the development of business architecture deliverables, views, and viewpoints including direct responsibility for the strategic themes and value streams that they are assigned to * Work with MVP leadership and stakeholders to craft the recommendations that guarantee the achievement of targeted business outcomes and capitalize on relevant business disruptions * Synthesize and synergize work across assigned strategic themes and value streams including strategy development, business analysis, process management, and systems analysis * Working in concert with their respective business and technology partners, guide development and maintenance of business capability models and technology roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy and departmental roadmaps * Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
