Compensation: $56,000 - $85,000 yearly base plus bonus Responsibilities: * Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience * Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication * Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met * Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities * Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Key Responsibilities: * Lead Qualification : Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and determine their readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process. * Pipeline Management : Maintain and update lead records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is nurtured and tracked effectively. * Proactive Outreach : Conduct follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and keep potential clients engaged. * Appointment Scheduling : Set appointments for our sales agents with highly qualified leads. * Market Awareness : Stay informed about local market trends and real estate services to provide value in every interaction. * Data-Driven Focus : Monitor performance metrics, such as conversion rates and appointment success, and contribute ideas for improvement. * Qualifications: * Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills * Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * Two years of previous sales experience * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car About Company The Anderson Group Real Estate Services was founded in 2006 and has been consistently ranked in the top 5 in the Southeast region and nationally on REALTrends/Wall Street Journal List of top 1000 Agents in the United States.
