This is a Full Time Position Must be available to work mixed morning and evening shifts weekdays (8:00am - 8:30pm) with Saturday and Sunday availability. Do you enjoy helping others? In this role, you will play a vital part in our member sales, assisting with the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, promoting our services and products, and achieving sales targets. Your role in our mission is supporting service providers and front-of-house staff and making sure important operational tasks are completed to keep everything running smoothly. This includes: * Creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere ensuring that the lobby, front desk, retail shelves, tranquility and treatment rooms are clean, organized, well-stocked and ready for clients. * Helping to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting sales team with member escalations, guest inquiries, and front desk duties. *Supporting the delivery of our brand promise, "We help you take care of you," *by ensuring that treatment rooms are client-ready and that service providers have everything they need to deliver amazing services. * Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy. * Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members. * Answering phone call and meeting daily outbound call quota. * Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments. * Greeting members and guests upon arrival. * Promoting the Wellness Program & encouraging your teammates to do so. * Re-engaging inactive members & training others in member retention. * Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction. * Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool. * Staying updated on retail products, new services, and promotions.
