Job Description: The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving sales growth for Ramsey Electronics by assisting customers with order processing, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This position requires a proactive approach to order management, ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial inquiry through to order completion. Key Responsibilities: * Order Processing & Management: * Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. * Enter new and revised customer purchase orders and verify their accuracy. * Generate and manage customer quotations for products. * Send order acknowledgements and invoices via email as requested. * Customer Support & Communication: * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Ramsey Electronics' product line to effectively assist customers with their purchasing decisions. * Communicate with customers to assist with order inquiries, product details, and issue resolution. * Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure orders meet customer expectations and timelines. * Sales & Relationship Management: * Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, assisting with follow-up on sales opportunities. * Proactively engage with potential customers and assist with identifying solutions to meet their needs. * Additional Responsibilities: * Perform other duties as needed to support the sales and customer service teams. Qualifications: * Required: * Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience. * Minimum 1 - 3 years of inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external parties effectively. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Preferred Attributes: * A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure. * Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. * A reliable team player with the ability to also work independently. * Excellent time management skills and a sense of urgency in addressing business needs. * Discretion and sensitivity to confidential information. * A drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to contributing to the success of the organization.
