Additionally, you'll stay informed about the latest products, inventory, and industry trends through ongoing training, online courses, catalog reviews, and collaborative knowledge-sharing with colleagues and factory representatives. TX * _Responsibilities:_ * Order Management:* Efficiently handle sales orders, returns, and warranties. Product Research: Investigate products using catalogs, websites, and industry resources. Customer Engagement: Promptly follow up on customer requests to foster strong relationships. Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads for the team. Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well- organized. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about HVAC products and industry trends. Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and manage transactions seamlessly.
