Job description Riding High Harley-Davidson is the largest and only Locally Owned Harley- Davidson dealership in the Triad. We are looking for an experienced Powersports Sales Manager. We are growing and looking to expand our team! We offer a great work environment and hours. We have an amazing staff and customer base, which makes coming to work a lot of fun. Qualifications and Job Requirements: * Powersports experience preferred. Harley-Davidson experience a plus. Automotive experience is encouraged to apply. * Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals. * Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. * Strong written and communication skills. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Responsibilities: * Oversee and train Sales Staff to provide a world class experience. * Back up the Finance department. * Manage the floor and engage with customers * Negotiate deals that are fair to the customer and the dealer. * Build meaningful relationships with customers.
