What You'll Do (Day-to-Day): As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you'll be the first point of contact for many of our future clients. You'll help grow our customer base by connecting with businesses, sharing how our cleaning services can help, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities: * Identify and reach out to local businesses who may need cleaning services * Make calls, send emails, and visit businesses in person to introduce our company * Follow up on leads and schedule consultations * Attend community events and networking functions to promote Cleaning Carolina's * Keep track of your outreach and update client information in our CRM * Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure great client experiences What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: * Some college preferred (business, marketing, or communications a plus) * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or janitorial services is a bonus, but not required * Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Skills: * B2B, Cold Calling * Negotiation and effective closer in sales * Friendly and confident (not arrogant) when speaking with others * Self-motivated and ready to learn * Organized and able to manage your time well * Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, CRM tools) * Enjoy being out in the community and meeting new people Perks & Benefits: * Competitive base pay + uncapped commission * Gas reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Work-from-home days * Paid time off and holidays * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Company outings (concerts, football games, bowling, and more!) * Career growth and on-the-job training Our Work Environment: * Supportive, family-style team culture * Opportunities for community service * Regular team bonding events * Business casual dress code Ready to Apply? * We'd love to hear from you!
