Connie Duglin Linen Rental - Nashville Tennessee and surrounding areas. (Outside sales in Nashville TN is our market, so tons of Opportunity) LINEN RENTAL- ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE In this role, you'll accomplish: * Providing product and design support to planners, coordinators, florists, and other industry professionals * Partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and other teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience * Developing a deep knowledge of Connie Duglin Linen offerings to help our customers navigate our extensive products and services * Adapting to fluctuations in the volume of inquiries while demonstrating composure and flexibility as customer needs evolve * Effectively resolving customer issues and providing tailored solutions via various communication channels * Building and fostering relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention * Contributing our company's values, culture, and vision through sharing your ideas and strategies (We rent linens to -Wedding Planners, Event Planners, Venues, Country Clubs, Restaurants, sports teams and any client that needs table linens, chair covers, napkins or sashes.) About Us ([please apply online] * Commission Only after 90 days -First 90 days paid bi-weekly. then 20% of sales. -Make your own schedule (Great for relators, college graduates, part-time event planners, bartenders etc.) This is a 1099 job Outside of those qualifications you just have to have a burning desire to want to create your own success. We treat people in sales as the MOST important person in our business. You will be working with our current customers and developing innovative solutions for bettering our product and services. You will also play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our company's brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. The work you do out in the field and on the phone is directly linked to successful outcomes resulting from customer retention and word-of-mouth sales. Paid -Full training will be provided with Corporate Offices in Tampa Fl through a Teams Meeting for 4 days. Special event sales are fast-paced and high energy; therefore, we are looking for someone who can deliver a high-level of customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will be: * High energy, outgoing personality. * Able to quickly evaluate and find the perfect solution for every client. * Team player - Fully capable of assuming the responsibility of assisting and developing existing accounts as well as building relationships with new and potential clients * Technical literacy * A proven ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts. * Managing orders/events from initial sale through successful completion, including follow up and communicating with existing and potential clients on a weekly basis. * Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, must be driven to succeed and willing to strive to be the best. * Able to establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients. Additional Responsibilities: * Generate business by calling potential clients and speaking directly to the decision makers. * Establish rapport and schedule appointments with potential customers while making detailed notes in our client database. * Perform other duties as assigned.
