SaaS Account Executive - B2B Client relationship builder - SaaS - Software - Remote
- Account Executive role for an experienced commercial professional with fantastic communication skills who can nurture and build strong customer relationships. Manage a variety of accounts from SMEs to enterprise - accounts worth $8k to $2million

Responsibilities
:
- Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality and finance
- Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges
- Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts.
- Creating presentation decks to deliver to clients
- Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth. The Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7 years' experience in an Account Executive role with tech / SaaS / marketing
- Remote but based with eastern time zone
- Proactive, switched on with initiative
- Detail orientated and highly organized
- Strong communicator who can handle objections
- Polished, professional with strong relationship building skills.
