Job Description: The Sales Support Specialist provides assistance to the sales team and customers by preparing and sending out sales proposals, tracking and generating sales data, supporting the management of customer accounts, processing orders and invoices, assisting with pricing functions, and responding to customer complaints and queries. This role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success. Responsibilities: * Provides assistance to the sales team and customers * Prepares and sends out sales proposals * Tracks and generates sales data * Supports management of customer accounts * Processes timely orders and invoices * Assists with pricing function * Responds to customer complaints and queries * Collaborates with other departments * Supports assurance of customer satisfaction and sales success * Schedules and coordinates sales meetings and appointments * Performs research on prospects, competition, customers and trends * Other tasks as may be assigned * Liase with Account Managers * Reports to the Sales Manager Requirements: * High School graduate, BS in Marketing or associate's degree in relevant field preferred * Strong communication skills - written and verbal * Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel * Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills * Experience in sales and customer service Employees may opt for 100% Company paid health insurance (medical, drug, vision, and dental) for the employee and family.
