About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to lead customer implementation projects and ensure seamless integration of AI-driven systems into client workflows. This role combines technical implementation, project management, QA, and support triage, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced AI technology in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations, managing project plans, integration workflows, and go-live activities.
• Configure system integrations and ensure that agentic AI solutions are tailored to client-specific needs.
• Proactively identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to drive successful deployments.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align technical execution with product development priorities.
• Provide technical onboarding and training to customer teams, ensuring high confidence and adoption rates.
• Serve as a first line of technical triage for support issues, escalating and documenting bugs when necessary.
• Lead quality assurance testing for new feature releases and prepare detailed release documentation and customer-facing best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, system integration, technical support, or related fields.
• Strong project management capabilities, with proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements in parallel.
• Deep technical acumen, including experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Clear, effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
