Essential Job Duties: * Develop business plan to ensure revenue growth in all company products. * Collaborate with sales personnel to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. * Conduct weekly quote log and Hot List reviews with outside salesmen. * Meet with sales team members monthly to update YTD performance vs goal. * Assist sales representatives in establishing personal contact and rapport with customers, including joint sales calls and Lunch & Learn presentations. * Perform duties as an outside sales representative to gain additional business and achieve sales goals. * Negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with outside sales. * Schedule and conduct performance reviews of all branch sales personnel. * Ensure that all company policies, practices, and procedures are followed by sales personnel. * Hold regular sales meetings with emphasis on sales and product training. Additional Job Duties: * Assist Branch Manager required vendor opportunity reporting. * Interact with Corporate personnel on branch behalf and report to branch personnel on sales opportunities. * Play a role in the recruiting and training of new sales members. Qualifications: * Prefer a university degree in engineering, marketing or business studies or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience or training in management, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. * Require problem-solving and customer service skills to effectively handle all types of business transactions and customer interaction. * Be able to motivate and lead others. * Prefer experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. * Require excellent oral and written communication skills in English. * Must have a valid state driver's license, clear of violations and convictions, and be willing to travel. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Demands: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
