Responsibilities: * Licensing Completion: Successfully complete the licensing process in a timely manner. * Customer Support: Provide exceptional service and administrative support to the agent. * Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, solicit additional sales, and address or escalate issues as necessary. * Sales Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations. * Lead Management: Actively make outbound calls from various lead sources. * Appointment Scheduling: Organize appointments with potential customers. * Sales Training: Initially shadow the agent to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities. Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
