Top earners hustle, follow up, and stay focused. If you want to sit back and wait, this is not the right fit. * Engage with customers on the lot, by phone, via text, and through email * Proactively follow up with leads and past customers to drive store traffic * Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle - managers handle closing * Guide buyers through the process with professionalism and urgency * Manage and update leads in the CRM system between customer interactions * Commit to a full-time sales schedule with weekend and evening availability * Rely on effort, consistency, and follow-through to maximize your income We will train you the right way, but you must be willing to show up and work. Schedule and Expectations * We are open 7 days a week * Salespeople receive two days off per week * Preference is given to candidates available 6 days a week * Typical hours are 9 AM to 7 PM (or later, depending on customer traffic) * If you need to leave at 5:30 PM, this job is not for you * We are open most holidays, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Pay and Compensation * Paid training during your first 30 days * Commission-based compensation after training * No cap on earnings - top performers earn $100,000+ annually * Bonuses available for volume, reviews, and spiffs * The more you put in, the more you make Minimum Requirements * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Must pass a background check * Reliable transportation to and from work * Professional appearance and communication * High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn How to Apply - No Resume Needed Skip the online application process.
