Main Purpose of the Job: Are you ready to help businesses talk the talk --literally? As our Relationship Manager, you'll be the go-to expert guiding clients into the future of two-way radio communications. Your main goal is to generate revenue while connecting clients with smart, flexible Radio-as-a-Service solutions that keep them talking (and working) without a hitch. If you love solving problems, closing deals, and geeking out over tech, this gig's calling your name--loud and clear! Duties and Responsibilities 1. Perform prospective and existing customer engagement over the phone, video-conference or visits to drive the revenue generation and retention. 2. Attend events, manage test periods and perform training sessions. 3. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients' expectations. 4. Become and remain familiar with the company products and services to educate and inform clients about the company's products, services and special offers. 5. Become familiar with the competition to stay ahead of them. 6. Help promote and maintain a positive company image. 7. Meet targets as communicated. 8. Educate and inform clients about the company's products, services and special offers. 9. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly. 10. Use available digital tools and department procedures to work at speed and cost. 11. Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers. 12. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues. 13. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position, preferably B2B sales. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field. * Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships. * Ability to perform tasks in both office and field environments.
