We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Associate to join our Nolensville office. This role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in insurance, with a willingness to obtain their Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent License in Tennessee. You'll work closely with our experienced team, learning the ins and outs of P&C insurance while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend appropriate P&C policies (e.g., home, auto, and business insurance).
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales under the guidance of licensed agents.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Study for and pass the Tennessee P&C licensing exam
• Once licensed, transition into a full sales role, managing your own client portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to better serve clients.

Qualifications

:

• No prior insurance experience or license required--we'll help you get licensed!
• Willingness to obtain a Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License within 90 days of hire (requires passing the state exam, background check, and fingerprinting).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
• Ability to work in our Nolensville, TN office (this is not a remote position).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
