Responsibilities: - Attend to current customers' needs through call in, walk in and email. To include processing payments, making changes, and answering questions. - Make proactive phone calls and spend time meeting with prospective customers. - Utilize superior relationship skills to quickly build rapport and exceed sales targets/metrics to expand customer base. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. - Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, using a needs-based approach. - Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports. - Navigate insurance quoting software to develop advanced insurance solutions. - Present and close new business with a sense of urgency. - Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively communicate proposals to clients.
