As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.
• Utilize inside sales techniques to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in technology sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
