As a Business Development and Customer Success Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. Your role is to support enrollment growth, deliver exceptional service/experience, and represent British Swim School's values with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: * Answer phone calls, respond to emails and online chats * Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and class adjustments. Prioritize as needed * Process enrollments, payments, and schedule changes * Make outbound calls to self-generated and acquired leads * Maintain accurate call records by documenting all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). * Business Development - working with community partners (daycares, preschools, etc.) * Represent British Swim School during local outreach and marketing initiatives * Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM * Track and report lead follow-ups and enrollment conversions * Attend staff meetings and stay informed about local promotions and events * Creating and maintaining Swim Instructors' schedule on a weekly basis Skills and Abilities: * Positive, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills * Strong customer service and sales abilities * Comfortable with multitasking and technology (phone systems, CRM, etc.) * Reliable, organized, and committed to following procedures * Completion of required training (CRM, online training modules, etc.) * Bilingual skills are a plus Qualifications : * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Customer Service/Success or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred) Job Type: Part-time (Day shift) Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours of work: 20 - 25 per week. Five days a week including weekends Hybrid Work : On-site during weekdays and remote during weekends.
