Job Summary : Trout Roofing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to sell, oversee and coordinate roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a working knowledge of roofing. This role requires an individual to get on roofs, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, follow a standard operating procedure and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. This job has high expectations for a high reward. Responsibilities : * Attend scheduled appointments of prospective clients and document project specifications. * Coordinate with team members and clients on project needs, specifications, and challenges to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction. * Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. * Manage project documentation including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. * Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to maintain project alignment and address any issues that arise. * Utilize skills in roofing, and restoration as needed throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure proper use of hand tools and equipment by team members to maintain safety and efficiency on-site. * Able to climb onto a roof to inspect for any damage, imperfections or add-ons a client might want in the development process. * Comfortable talking on the phone with clients. * Attend adjuster's meetings. Qualifications: * Experience as a Project Manager in the construction/ roofing industry or related field is preferred. * Working knowledge of construction/ roofing processes and safety regulations. * Proven retail or customer service background for part of the job is understand the customers' wants and needs. * Skills in managing conflicts effectively. * Proficient in job management software and tools for tracking progress and managing schedules. * Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and team members. * Has no issues with heights as part of the job is climbing on a roof. * Ability to lift 50 LBS, carry objects regularly. * The ability to haul material to and from job sites as needed.
