Job Summary

: Trout Roofing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to sell, oversee and coordinate roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a working knowledge of roofing. This role requires an individual to get on roofs, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, follow a standard operating procedure and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. This job has high expectations for a high reward.

Responsibilities

:

• Attend scheduled appointments of prospective clients and document project specifications.
• Coordinate with team members and clients on project needs, specifications, and challenges to ensure projects are completed to satisfaction.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to maintain project alignment and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize skills in roofing, and restoration as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper use of hand tools and equipment by team members to maintain safety and efficiency on-site.
• Able to climb onto a roof to inspect for any damage, imperfections or add-ons a client might want in the development process.
• Comfortable talking on the phone with clients.
• Attend adjuster's meetings.

Qualifications

:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the construction/ roofing industry or related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction/ roofing processes and safety regulations.
• Proven retail or customer service background for part of the job is understand the customers' wants and needs.
• Skills in managing conflicts effectively.
• Proficient in job management software and tools for tracking progress and managing schedules.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Has no issues with heights as part of the job is climbing on a roof.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS, carry objects regularly.
• The ability to haul material to and from job sites as needed. Job Type:

• $100,000.00 - $300,000.000: Commission pay

• Year-Round Experience:
• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification:
• Valid Driver's license (Required)
