We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on developing and managing sales opportunities within the residential market. Duties

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential sector through effective territory management.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to potential customers, highlighting technical features and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the residential market.
• Strong background in sales management with a focus on business development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for customer engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
