Hourly / In-Store / Franklin, TN. Elle Park -- the sister store to Hollie Ray -- is seeking a friendly, reliable, and style-savvy Sales Associate to join our in-store team. Located in the heart of downtown Franklin, Elle Park offers boutique-style home goods, accessories, and thoughtful pieces that bring beauty and comfort into everyday living. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers, thrives in a small business environment, and has a natural eye for style. What You 'll Do: *Provide warm, personalized customer service *Assist with in-store merchandising and product displays *Process sales at the register and manage inventory restocks *Keep the space tidy, welcoming, and reflective of our brand *Support with store openings, closings, and events as needed Who You Are: *Friendly, dependable, and approachable *A good communicator with a strong sense of style *Comfortable working independently and in a small team *Retail experience is a plus, but not required -- we're happy to train the right fit!
