Insurance Producer - Brightway Insurance, The Sanga Agency Location : High Point, NC Full-Time | Sales-Focused | Base + Commission Join a growing local insurance agency with national backing and unlimited growth potential! Brightway Insurance - The Sanga Agency, a locally owned Brightway franchise in High Point, NC, is looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Producer to join our team. What You 'll Do * Sell property & casualty insurance policies (home, auto, renters, etc.) to individuals and businesses * Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and lead sources * Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs and budget * Educate clients on coverage options and policy features * Build and maintain long-term client relationships * Use Brightway's Agency Management System (AMS/Fusion) to track leads, quotes, and policies * Work closely with the Agency Owner and Service Center to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications * Required : North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly) * Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related sales role * Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills * Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined * Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or AMS systems Why Join Us? * Base salary + uncapped commission * Access to top-rated carriers with competitive pricing * Service center support so you can focus on sales, not admin * Ongoing training and career development * Professional, growth-focused team environment * Make a difference in your local community Compensation : Base Salary + Commission (Earning potential $40,000-$85,000+ annually depending on performance) Schedule : Monday to Friday In-office (High Point, NC) About Brightway Insurance - The Sanga Agency Brightway Insurance is one of the largest independent insurance distribution companies in the U.S., with more than 400 franchises and $900M+ in written premium.
