The account manger will serve as the first line of communication with customers with important tasks including: customer correspondence, providing printing and marketing service estimates, coordinate order fulfillment with internal staff and vendors. Description

Responsibilities

:

• Sales - provide solicited and unsolicited estimates for various print jobs and maintain in contact with repeat customers and foster relationships to create new customers
• Pricing - maintain compliance with pricing and profitability rules
• Customer service - maintain proper customer correspondence via email, phone and in person for communication of current jobs, future relations, and issue resolution
• Customer service - Ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management
• Workflow - Ensure established workflow process is maintained and required steps are completed
• Orders - Follow workflow process to ensure order fulfillment, collection of payment and invoice management
• Organization - follow company protocol and established file structure to create and maintain usable digital customer records
• Expertise - Continuous growth of knowledge and expertise in apparel design and promotional item marketing
• Vendor management - maintain current vendors and create new vendors item fulfillment
• Safety - follow best practice and documented safety protocols
• Support - Assist other team members with various tasks, as needed, performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

: Two years related experience in sales and marketing preferred

: Ability to travel in Greater Mobile and communicate with business owners and target customers in social settings, networking events, and customer visits Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and speaking on a phone Must have own transportation Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
