Key Responsibilities: - Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. - Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of digital campaigns and projects, working closely with creative and technical teams to deliver on time and within budget. - Marketing Management - Manage and contribute to social media marketing strategies and campaigns. - Office Support: Assist in setting up and maintaining a productive office environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Support in onboarding new personnel to the organization. - Sales: lead coordinator with external sales team while managing day-to-day operations to ensure revenue growth to meet business goals. Collaborate with the sales team to manage client relationships, prepare proposals, and track sales performance. - Guide clients on adopting and integrating AI marketing solutions into their business strategies. - Collaborate with the Lead Strategist to develop and execute tailored email marketing solutions for clients. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. - Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders. - Data & Insights: Stay current with industry trends and digital marketing innovations to provide valuable insights to clients and the team. Qualifications: - Proven experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role within a digital agency or related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, including social media and AI-driven solutions. - A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail. - Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
