Full description of the position

The Opportunity * Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts * Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments * Prospect and set up appointments via video calls and face-to-face * Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities * Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations * Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information and activities up to date * Participate in and represent CRC at trade shows, golf tournaments, and promotional events * Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project * Generate leads * Additional responsibilities as required. What You Need: * Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR * 3+ years outside sales experience, B2B preferred * Experience engaging with people across a variety of levels and with diverse backgrounds * A passion for networking, including the ability to identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals * Self-motivated, showing perseverance and the ability to overcome objections to achieve sales targets * Ability to set clear, realistic, and time-bound objectives that align to business growth * Ability to attend networking functions on evenings * Basic computer and Microsoft Office Skills * CRM experience preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Team-oriented attitude * Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus Experience: * B2B sales: 5 years (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: Remote
