Insurance Customer Account Representative All Premier Insurance Agency is currently seeking an account representative to support our team of insurance producers. We are looking for a professional who is interested in helping our business grow by providing our current and potential customers with a positive customer service experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide general administrative support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email.
• Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks.
• Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to management.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• File documents.
• Manage a large number of incoming calls.
• Maintains office supplies by checking inventory levels and communicating inventory needs to management.
• Grow existing customer accounts through cross-selling and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication skills.
• People-oriented.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to clearly and accurately present information to customers.
• Louisiana Property and Casualty Insurance license.
