As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their needs, and promoting our products effectively. Your role is crucial in creating a positive shopping experience and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Utilize retail math and basic math skills to assist customers with pricing and promotions.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to engage customers.
• Familiarity with store operations is a plus but not mandatory.
