Job Requirements: * Must be 18 or older. * Valid driver's license and auto insurance. * A clean driving record and reliable vehicle. * Physical ability to travel to and inspect homes. * Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. * Punctual and dependable. * Must be drug-free. About the Role: We are looking for a Home Pest Inspector to help drive revenue by visiting pre-set appointments and identifying sales opportunities. You'll maintain a high standard of integrity while working closely with customers to assess pest environments inside, under, and around their homes or businesses. What You'll Do: * Meet with customers face-to-face, keeping your appointments on schedule. * Provide valuable insights and recommendations to prevent pest issues. * Be proactive in seeking sales opportunities and building customer relationships. * Maintain organized records and deliver exceptional service with minimal oversight.
