Responsibilities What You 'll Be Responsible For * Consistently generate new business through weekly lead follow-up and outreach. * Host engaging open houses twice per month to connect with buyers and showcase listings. * Convert leads into clients through tailored consultations and a strong understanding of client needs. * Conduct thorough property assessments to identify key features and selling points. * Coordinate and manage property tours and buyer showings with professionalism and attention to detail. * Guide sellers on how to best prepare their home for the market, including staging tips and improvement suggestions. * Create compelling property listings that highlight each home's value and appeal. * Represent sellers when they're unable to be present, ensuring their interests are well-communicated. * Facilitate smooth communication between buyers' agents and sellers, maintaining clarity and professionalism. * Draft, review, and manage offers, counteroffers, and agreements with care and precision. * Use Brivity to stay organized, manage leads, and track transaction milestones. * Collaborate in weekly coaching, script practice, and team meetings to stay sharp and aligned. * Guide buyers and sellers from the first consultation through closing, always advocating for their best outcome. * Negotiate strategically to help clients achieve the strongest possible position in each transaction.
