Responsibilities * Engage with customers, assessing needs and making project product recommendations. * Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by being knowledgeable on product applications and offerings. * Make local deliveries to jobsites and customers in Company vehicle * Order processing, accurate tinting and shaking of paint, product and pricing inquiries. * Inventory processes, receiving duties; putting away, rotating stock, etc. * Participate in keeping the store organized, clean, tidy, and inviting * All other store operational duties as assigned * Demonstrate respectful and inclusive treatment of others which embodies our Workplace Fairness program; possess a collaborative and positive attitude Qualifications / Requirements * Must be 18 years of age or older and pass required pre-employment background screens * Present & maintain a valid driver's license & acceptable DMVR * Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE rules, and COVID-19 store protocols. * High School Graduate or GED equivalent; basic mathematical skills, fully conversant, speaking and listening. * Punctual attendance required; scheduling must remain flexible & available * The work environment consists of physical conditions typical of a retail store. * Full-physical mobility is required to perform this job; constant standing and ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. with assistance. *Medical and Dental are limited to Full-Time employment status Rodda Paint Co. is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
