Job Summary: J.B.A. Infiniti is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Ellicott City, Maryland. As a key member of our sales team, the Automotive Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sales of new and used vehicles. This is a full-time position in the automotive industry, offering a competitive Pay Plan paid weekly. Pay is a base salary plus commission. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
