Full description of the position

We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We provide home exterior work inspections and estimates - Roofing, Siding, and Gutters. We are looking for both experienced Sales employees as well as limited entry level employees. Hours will vary based on appointments and season. Basic schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-7:30pm Friday & Saturday 10am-4pm

Responsibilities

• Upon hire train through our training system to improve your skills
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and management
• Manage file from inspection to file completion. Skills

Benefits

• Salary + commission + bonuses - salary starting at $40,000. Salary raise to $50k and $60k based on performance evaluations and hitting sales targets.
