Full description of the position

We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We provide home exterior work inspections and estimates - Roofing, Siding, and Gutters. We are looking for both experienced Sales employees as well as limited entry level employees. Hours will vary based on appointments and season. Basic schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-7:30pm Friday & Saturday 10am-4pm Responsibilities * Upon hire train through our training system to improve your skills * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Coordinate sales effort with team members and management * Manage file from inspection to file completion. Skills * COACHABLE! * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Excellent customer service * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Pay Benefits * Salary + commission + bonuses - salary starting at $40,000.
