Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager to join our team. Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff. * Provide employee orientation and training to ensure all team members are equipped with necessary skills. * Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service. * Manage inventory levels, including stock management and organization. * Utilize POS systems for transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures. * Implement pricing strategies in accordance with company policies. * Conduct regular assessments of retail math metrics to optimize sales performance. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. * Excellent communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. * Proficiency in retail math concepts and inventory management practices. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
