Job Description Under the supervision of the Director of System Engineering dotted line VP of Global Sales, the Internal Sales Associate supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Sales departments. Responsibilities: Documentation: Creating, processing, filing and organizing invoices, Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Order Requests (SORs), Sales Report, and other sales and marketing- related documentation; tracking and recording information in the corresponding logs. Customer Relations: Assisting customers via phone and email, and handling Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). Sending Medical files for Reading to and from customers and physicians. Assistance: Assisting Sales executive with sales growth charts, presentation, and administrative support for various initiatives as required. Requirements: * College degree required. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Empathetic, proactive, organized and detail-oriented. * Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
