Job Summary * Generate Leads through referrals and reviews. * Inspect Properties and meet with insurance adjusters. * Close Sales on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting projects (residential and commercial). * Educate Homeowners on exterior restoration solutions. * Maintain Relationships with customers and third parties. * Use Technology to manage customer data, feedback, and reviews. Qualifications * 3+ Years of Sales Experience: Direct customer-facing experience preferred. * Personable & Organized: Build relationships and manage time effectively. * Comfortable on Roofs: Not afraid of heights! * Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). * Good Driving Record: A valid driver's license is required.
