Looking for someone who can help current team members with sales and marketing tasks. * Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social networks * Send out Estimates * Follow up on estimates * Receive and enter orders * Create kits for processing orders * Send out payment instructions * Receive payments * Help pack and ship orders * Follow up with tracking numbers * Update and maintain customer records in Zoho CRM * Create and share weekly, monthly, quarterly sales data with management * Identify sources for new leads and generate leads for new customers * Assist with representing company at Trade Shows Ideal candidate will be literate and skilled at: * Excel * PowerPoint * Zoho CRM (will train) * SEO (can learn) * Some HTML/CSS/Javascript familiarity Interested candidates, please email us a resume and cover letter highlighting your skills to [email protected].
