Responsibilities What You 'll Be Doing * Show homes to prospective buyers , offering insight and guidance during tours that reflect their preferences and priorities. * Collect and communicate feedback from showings to help refine and focus the home search. * Assist with writing and presenting offers , supporting both the lead agent and client during key decision points. * Handle onsite listing duties and other property-related tasks as needed to keep deals moving. * Use our Brivity CRM to manage your daily tasks, appointments, and client updates. * Generate new opportunities by devoting at least 10 hours weekly to prospecting and follow-up. * Practice regularly to stay sharp -- participating in team training sessions, roleplays, and meetings. * Commit to growth by engaging in weekly coaching and development programs through PLACE and our in-house mentorship.
