Salary: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Hands on Training * Responsibilities* * Meet sales & performance goals as established. * Solicits warm leads for new business. * Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies. * Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. * Be outstanding at relationship building. Requirements * NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options. * Sales or Service experience is a plus. * Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills. * Strong work ethic. * Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
